This room is open and comfortable with a large windows facing the front of the complex. However, window blinds can be opened or closed for your comfort. DINING ROOM Featuring a designated space to eat with family and friends on a beautiful wood table that seats 6 guests. BEDROOM 1 Master Bedroom features a gel pillow top mattress, premium linens, access to the main bathroom, wardrobe closet and 50 inch SmartTV BEDROOM 2 Queen Bedroom features cozy linens, wardrobe closet and 65 inch SmartTV BEDROOM 3 Two Twin Beds featuring cozy linens Sleeps 6 Total KITCHEN Features a peninsula island for serving a charcuterie board filled with your favorite meats & cheeses or brunch with friends and family. This kitchen is spacious, inviting, and filled with your essentials to cook your favorite meals. Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, venting hood, 4-burner electric stove, and pantry. Small appliances include: blender, Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks Coffee Kcups, microwave. If you need anything we do not have, please contact us so we can help! LAUNDRY Features GE Washer & Dryer, Laundry detergent & Fabric softener in laundry room closet MAIN BATHROOM Features a tub/shower with a rain shower head handheld combo for your enjoyment. We also have included bathroom amenities, including hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/bar soap, and plenty of towels. Pool/Lake towels are also provided in hall closet. HALF BATH Features a nice sink and toilet for easy access located near the back entrance. Hand soap & hand towels provided Guest access Guests will receive a keyless code the day of your arrival CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Early Check-Ins are not always available, but when they are, you can check-in as early as noon for a fee of $50+ tax. Please call for availability on day of arrival and not before. NOTE: Availability depends on maintenance & cleaning schedules and should therefore not be assumed for your arrival. With the high volume of back-to-back reservations, it is imperative we are afforded the opportunities to visit, inspect and prepare our properties for your visit.. Freely given early check-ins compromise our ability to spend extra time in our properties. Late Check-Outs are not always available, but when they are, you can check-out as late as noon for a fee of $75+ tax. Please call for availability on check-out day. Calls only, no emails or texts. Other things to note 1) The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 24. 2) This is a NON-SMOKING home & property. 3) This is a NO-PET home & property. 4) Absolutely NO Parties or events. 5) NO Guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved 6) Read the House Manual in our Guidebook for Instructions The entire apartment will be available for you to use during your stay. PARKING: On-site, designated space in front and street parking available. Garage is currently being used as storage and there is no access to it.
