The space This charming lake cottage has been remodeled with 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a Queen size bed and 1 additional bedroom with a Queen size bed as well)There is a master bath with tub and shower along with a half-bath. Enjoy the sun as it shines through the beautiful open-concept kitchen and living space along with a bench, chair and bar stools for additional seating. Additionally, a closet with extra linens and beach towels are provided. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience! There is a pontoon available for rent Pontoon rental is as follows $200 for first day $125 for each additional day Or $700 for a week Payment for rental of pontoon is due upon boat delivery not through Airbnb Thank you Guest access The entire cottage is available for you to enjoy! Parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles in the drive-way. There will be 2 kayaks, paddle boat and a gas grill provided during your stay. No need to bring your own beach towels unless you want to, but if you would like to float in the lake, please bring your own floats! A pontoon is available for rent separately with advanced notice. Other things to note A key pad is located on the main door nearest to the drive-way. Upon booking your stay, you will be provided a unique code in order to enter the cottage during your stay.
