Please remember to log out of your accounts before checking out. The space One of the best locations in Mammoth! The complex is Great, backs up to the meadow and golf course, close to bike trails, short walk to the market and shuttle service a few steps away. Home has been completed renovated with all Brand new furnishings, linens and bedding. Ample parking, nice pool and hot tub, quiet and clean complex. Friendly Mammoth Lakes locals live in this complex, please be neighborly. The kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, coffee press, tea pot cookie sheet, utensils, for you to cook your own meals. Our home is at the back of the complex (nice and quiet) with views of the pool you can enjoy from the balcony. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home, we have a few locked cabinets for our own personals and supplies but we do supply bath towels and linens for your use. We anticipate the pool and spa to be opening soon. There are onsite facilities to do laundry. Please note: This is a no pet and non smoking home. If you bring a pet or smoke it will affect your deposit. Pool/jacuzzi access code is 3145Enter Other things to note We ask that you take good care of our home, a whole lot of time, sweat and love went into making it a welcoming retreat. You can help us keep the place nice by removing shoes and storing them at the door so snow, mud and dirt don't track in. It sure helps in keeping the condo clean and comfortable. We have a wood burning fireplace you will need to bring your own wood as we can not guarantee our last guests did not use all that we provided. Keep in mind the winters are cold in Mammoth. The Fireplace is the best way to get warm during the winter months. The complex was built in the 1960-1970s and come with wall heaters. We supply an extra portable heater for guests that get cold easily, but remember you are in the Sierra's it gets cold plan accordingly.
