The space Kitchen has full sized gas range/oven, refrigerator and an island for meal prep. Kitchen table and chairs. Plenty of dishes and glass ware. Fresh linens and white bath and hand towels provided. Hot tub right outside of your door. vegetable, flower beds, bird bath, nesting boxes and feeding stations draw in a variety of birds year round Large fenced in yard. Pet friendly. (please see rules regarding pets) I am a retired Registered Nurse and would welcome travel nurses and/or business travelers for extended stays. apartment is cleaned and sanitized per covid protocol. I am fully vaccinated. extended stays are an option for everyone. Stays of one wk or longer may use washer and dryer. Guest access Plenty of off-street parking but will need vehicle to get around Other things to note You are welcome to bring your pets but i want to clarify the rules. PETS: 1. pets are not to be left alone and loose in the apartment. 2. If you must leave them alone for a short period, they need to be crated and (crate trained, meaning your pet will settle nicely in it's crate and not bark constantly while you are gone.) 3. Your pet may be off leash in the yard as long as you are out with them 4. There is a small covered waste can in the yard that you can put your pet waste bags in. 5 old towels and wash cloths are in the storage ottoman to be used for muddy paws etc. There is also a sofa throw cover in there. Please use if your pet is going to be on the couch or bed with you. I do not charge anything extra for pets. I really hope to keep it that way so please be considerate.
