The space Amenities: 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and soft water. Large back covered porch with park-like back yard and sparkling pool. Office workspace and high-speed WiFi. There is a Safeway about 3 miles away, for convenient meal planning. Pool heating available at $40/day. Guest access All areas of the house are accessible other than one locked closet, used for necessary storage, in the master bedroom. There is a dresser in the master bedroom and two full closets with hangers and a hall closet for clothing storage. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: The below house rules will be sent after booking requests are received. We will ask for acknowledgment and acceptance via Airbnb messaging prior to accepting the booking. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am, and as we are in a residential neighborhood, we cannot have any disruptive noise coming from the property at any time. Your reservation is only for the number of guests listed in your booking. We must inform our potential guests that an Airbnb booking does NOT mean that you have free reign of the home as far as inviting day guests. Please let us know, for each day during your stay, if you intend to have any non-registered day guests visit as they must absolutely be pre-approved, with no exceptions. Visitors are NOT to stay overnight. We have a gravel driveway. As our driveway area is small, a maximum of three vehicles only will be allowed on the property. We use the garage for storage so please park outside in the driveway. There is no parking available for large RVs. -No cigarette smoking allowed inside or outside or anywhere on the property -No fireworks anywhere on the property -Please no eating in the beds -Please use coasters provided on our wood furniture -NO PARTIES ALLOWED -No animals, other than service animals, are allowed on the property -Use of the pool is at your own risk (see additional information in the listing under “Pool Rules”). -The fire pit is never to be left on and unattended -No fires or candles allowed on the property other than the propane fire pit and bbq grill -Never leave any food outside -The sliding patio doors and front door should be kept closed at all times to avoid desert wildlife from entering the home [Below for guests that do not live in the desert] -Please be mindful that the desert gets both very hot and very cold -The desert is full of all kinds of wildlife, please pay attention and be aware of your surroundings -Please respect the desert and its wildlife: do not litter, do not approach any animals, do not throw anything at any animals FYI - we have the pool cleaned/serviced on Tuesdays. The technician will enter through the side gate. The gardener is at the house on the 2nd Friday of the month working on the yard. Trash Pickup: The trash is picked up on Monday morning. If you are in the home over the weekend, please roll the trash bins down to the street on Sunday evening for the Monday pickup. If you need assistance with this, please contact us and we will arrange for the trash bin to be taken care of by our property manager. Self check-in is 3pm or later. Check out is 10am. PRIOR TO CHECK OUT: Please remember to log out of your account, if necessary, on any streaming services (Netflix, Amazon etc.) used to view media on the television. When you leave, please shut windows, and lock the front door. Please run the dishwasher and place bagged trash in the outside trash bin prior to departure. Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind. Please be sure to place towels and wet beach towels in the bathtub/shower stall. Turn off Heating/Air Conditioning upon departure. Please let us know if anything was damaged or became nonfunctional. Pool Rules: ****If Children are present, practice safe supervision**** • Children under the age of 14 years old shall not use the pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance. • There’s no substitute for competent ADULT supervision – never leave your children alone in or near the pool (not even for a moment), and always keep your eyes on the pool. • Discuss pool safety with your children often – it could help save a life! • Practice “touch supervision” with children younger than 5 years – meaning that the supervising adult should always remain within an arm’s length of the children. • The pool gate is locked to prevent unintended access by children. The key should be kept and used by the competent adult/guardian. The key may be found on a hook on the door of the kitchen pantry. Please replace the key prior to leaving. • No Diving • No Running • No Glass
