Banksia House is the ideal in modern, luxury holiday living. It is situated close to the Blairgowrie back beach and a short drive to the Blairgowrie Village and the bay beach. It is fully fenced and has it's own solar heated swimming pool. The space ** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups ** We do not permit pets. Banksia House is the ideal in modern, luxury holiday living. The home is situated behind key code protected front gates, in a quiet pocket of Blairgowrie, the ocean beach is close by, and it is only a few minutes drive to the Blairgowrie village shops and bay beach. It's a great stepping stone to the Peninsula Hot Springs and the local wineries and golf courses. Banksia House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one with a bath, plus a powder room. This home is perfectly suited to two families. The beautiful backyard is a haven where you can relax and read a book under the large fig tree, enjoy the vegetable garden and the children have space to run around. It features a solar heated swimming pool where many summer days can be spent lazing and enjoying the peace. Winter is well covered too with a two-way gas fireplace in between the two living areas. The home has ducted heating/cooling throughout so it is perfect for any temperature. The luxury finishes include a great kitchen with stone benchtops, a walk in pantry, coffee machine and dishwasher. The outdoor area has a large table and BBQ with an outdoor open fireplace. The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is WiFi, and the TV in the main living room is a Smart TV so you can use your own streaming apps. There is a double lock up garage with internal access and the driveway has ample boat parking space. There is a portacot and highchair available, so this may well be your perfect family holiday home. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION - 4 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 10 PEOPLE Master bedroom - king sized bed, ensuite, large WIR. 2nd bedroom - queen sized bed, ensuite, BIR 3rd bedroom - 2 x single beds, BIR 4th bedroom - 2 x single bunks, ie sleeps 4, TV BED LINEN AND BATH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED FOR ALL BOOKINGS (please note the Airbnb "cleaning fee" actually refers to the linen fee) Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective. Short Stay Rental Accommodation Registration No: STRA0613/21 Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings. Please note, you will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, tea and sugar for your convenience, you will need to bring your own coffee. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items. Firewood is not provided but we can arrange for additional charges.
