You will love our apartment, ideally located, close to the beach but also 5 minutes from the expressway to visit the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, Carnac, Guérande, La Baule, Presqu'ile de Rhuys, Rochefort en Terre, etc. The space The accommodation consists of a duplex bedroom, equipped with a double bed (160 x 200) ideal as an adult bedroom and on the ground floor, the apartment is equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, a living area with kitchenette and table for 4 people, as well as TV and internet access. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace where there is a table for 4 people and where you can add one to two deckchairs. The terrace faces west to enjoy sunsets. The apartment does not have sea views, but the beach is directly accessible from the grounds of the residence. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, as well as a large storage area in the entrance. Note that the stairs to access the bedroom are a little steep. The top bedroom is not recommended for children and a stair gate can be installed on request. The upstairs bedroom is ideal for parents while maintaining privacy, and the sofa bed downstairs will allow your children to sleep comfortably. A common room is at your disposal to allow you to come with your bikes. Guest access Access to the apartment is very easy. It is located on the first floor of Building B. This is apartment 29. All apartments are numbered. Access to the first floor is via an external staircase and an external corridor, causing no inconvenience to the inhabitants of the building. You benefit from independent access to your apartment, without worrying about access codes or other constraints of a closed building. The parking space is space no. 36, just 20 meters from the entrance to the residence's parking lot. You are thus independent with your car and the expressway, 5/10 minutes from the residence will allow you quick access to the many tourist places to visit in the area.
