The complex, secured by gates for utmost safety, provides private beach access. In the master ensuite, find a luxurious king bed. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom features a full bunk bed (full top and bottom) and twin trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room—providing a total of 6 beds. The home includes internet service and SmartTVs, plus cable channel lineup, and several entertainment apps. Guests can use their private logins to access entertainment apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Ideal for family getaways or couples' retreats. Additional notable features: No air conditioning. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed. Keyless entry for convenience. The homeowners' association heats the swimming pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, while the spa remains heated year-round. Please note, the property owner cannot guarantee the operational status of the pool or spa during your stay. Kindly refrain from wearing shoes inside the house. Much appreciated!
