A third sleeping area, perfect for younger adventurers, features a twin-over-twin bunk with a hidden trundle—like a secret slumber party nook nestled beneath the eaves. Other things to note There is a video surveillance camera that is in the front of the house that faces the driveway. You need to be 25 or over to book this property. Please remove your shoes upon entry. Please make arrangements in the winter months to bring a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle. Know how to drive in snow. There is a beautiful river that borders our property. Please keep a close eye on the children. Grill is provided between May and November and propane is provided during that time. Please note that we do not shovel a path to the fire pit in the winter. COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL ON OUR HOME: We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning. - Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles etc. - Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room - Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
