The space On the ground floor, you’ll find an entrance with closet, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there is a master suite with its own shower room and walk-in closet, plus two additional bedrooms: • one with a double bed (140 cm), • the other with a double bed (140 cm) and a child’s bed. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the floor. The living room opens directly onto a south-facing terrace with a private pool.
