Cozy and Quiet Spot

Enjoy your stay in Arlington in a quaint and historic neighborhood. Metro bus stop is steps away, Shirlington (shops and resturants), only a short walk. The grocery store (with Starbucks!) is a 6 minute walk, 24 hr gym is a 10 min walk. The space Have a wonderful stay in my tastefully furnished town home! You will stay in the downstairs finished basement which includes a double bed, dresser, and a small storage room with a closet which is also next to the newly remodeled bathroom that includes the (shared) washer and dryer. Guest access We will share common spaces (kitchen and dining room) and the washer and dryer located in "your" bathroom downstairs. Although the staircase to your room does not have a door , it does have a curtain and there is a whole floor separating my sleeping space and the Airbnb space. Parking is in a parking lot. During your stay I love to talk and share stories, but respect you if you would rather keep to yourself. Other things to note Sometimes I consider a longer stay than 90 days, especially for prior guests.
