Great views of the lake and mountains. This home was remodeled in 2022 in the main area (living room & kitchen). Lots of windows, high ceiling, open and beautiful wood flooring. Three large sliders open to the wonderful outdoors with a large covered deck, great for year round use. Access into this home is easy as it's all on one floor. Each of the three bedrooms have a special theme. These bedrooms are complemented by the two full baths and laundry room. Unlike most vacation rentals, this home has two large refrigerators. Great for long stays or large groups! The home has great views. It is set back in a hill that has a trail down to the water. If you have a larger party, Retreat 1 and Retreat 2 are directly next door. Those three homes will support up to 34 guests. Retreat 3 and 4 are also a few houses down on the same street. Great year round vacations with lower prices during the winter months. Great for family and friends, but if you are planning a big party, please get a houseboat or another house. IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs but we do charge $95 per dog. Your dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must also never be left alone in the house unless they are crated. Owner must clean up after them. *IMPORTANT: Distance to water from the house varies from 150 feet (when the lake is full) to several hundred yards (when lower) depending on lake level fluctuations. Views from house and access to lake, marina, and boat ramps will vary through the season. Contact us for lake level status. Most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests updated and offer a full refund up to 60 days before your arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of the local boat ramp and marinas for moorage requiring travel to another part of the lake. Sensitive parties should avoid visiting Northern California during these seasons if air quality is an issue or you have any health concerns.
