This private & premium 3 bed, 2 bath Bricker Cambridge home sits on 2.89 acres and includes many indoor & outdoor amenities for a cheerful family gateway. Pets are only allowed in the house when pre-approved with the hosts and incur additional fees. Please add pets to your reservation. Failure to notify of pets may incur a fine of up to $250/pet/night. Pets are not allowed on beds/sofa/furniture. Cats are not permitted at all. We allow early check in (earlier than 4 PM) and late check out (later than 10 AM) whenever possible at an additional cost of $50 per hour. Please let us know in advance. House Features EMERGENCY SUPPLIES: There is a fire extinguisher and the first aid kit is located in the laundry area SECURITY: In order to ensure guest safety, we have an exterior video surveillance camera. Please rest assured, there are NO cameras inside of the unit. Your privacy and comfort is paramount to us. CLEANING SUPPLIES: There is an assortment of cleaning supplies under the Kitchen sink for your convenience. In addition you will find a vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan in the laundry room. Iron and ironing board  are available in the laundry room closet WIFI: This property is located in the mountains and the internet speed may not be as you're used to in the city. TELEVISION: A smart TV is available in the Living room. You are welcome to use your own credentials for Netflix, Hulu, Prime and other streaming services. Please make sure to log out at the end of your vacation. BEDDING: The house sleeps 13 people. There is one king bed, two queen beds, and 3 twin trundle pullout beds. Additional twin mattresses stored in the master bedroom closet along with some extra blankets. HOT TUB: If you need to use the hot tub, please plan accordingly as the hot tub heats at the rate of 3-4 degrees F per hour. Running, diving, and glass are prohibited around and in the hot tub. Children must be under adult supervision when using the hot tub. House Rules We welcome you to enjoy our home as you would your own. Here are a few rules to keep in mind during your stay! Parties or events are not allowed. This is a smoke-free property. Due to guest sensitivity and wildfire danger, smoking of any kind and vaping are not allowed inside or outside anywhere on the property. Our home is located in a mountain forest area susceptible to wildfire danger, absolutely no open fires or use of charcoal grills allowed. Eating/drinking in the bedrooms and rearranging the furniture is not allowed. Pets are only allowed in the house when pre-approved with the hosts and incur additional fees. The fees mentioned in the reservation are for one pet only, any pet more than one will have an additional fee of $150 per stay. Failure to notify of pets may incur a fine of up to $250/pet/night. Pets are not allowed on beds/sofa/furniture. Cats are not permitted at all. PLEASE respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Hot Tub usage - Running, diving, and glass are prohibited around and in the hot tub. Children must be under adult supervision when using the hot tub. When you’re done, Please keep the hot tub temperature at 100F after usage. Ensure the jets/lights are turned off and put the cover back on. Over Guest Limit Fee – Groups must not exceed the approved number of guests per the reservation. This includes visiting guests not sleeping at the house, but are there for a gathering, etc. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. If groups are found to have exceeded the number of guests reserved, a guest-overage fee of $250 per extra person per night will be charged in addition to the normal nightly rate.
