While the apartment has a private entrance with no shared spaces, this beautiful nook shares a wall with the main house. There is an internal door in the kitchen which leads to the main house. The door remains locked for your privacy. Please note that there is a slightly steep flight up stairs leading up to the apartment. The upside is that you will have some tree-level views! Guest access You have access to the newly landscaped front yard and fire pit. Other things to note It's quick and easy to reach some of the best neighborhoods in the city - Decatur, Grant Park, Virginia Highlands, Poncey Highlands, East Atlanta Village, Oakhurst, Old Fourth Ward - from this centrally located spot. There are pro's (mostly) and some con's to being centrally located. The apartment is near a busy street (Dekalb Ave.) and a railroad track.
