The living room has plenty of room, there’s a dining table perfect for game time. The master bedroom features a king size, full size bedroom & twin/king room provide plenty of sleeping space. All rooms have Roku TVs. Ice/Water maker. 6 water bottles in fridge for your use. Please note that Florida has many insects, bugs and amphibians. The space The property is a lg 3 bdrm 2 bath house. Each room includes a bed, tv & closet with room for your luggage. All Tv's are smart tv's on guest mode for your security. Washer and dryer for your convenience. There are essential oil plug ins throughout the house, if they bother you feel free to unplug them and put them on the counter in the laundry room. Beautiful salt water pool w/waterfall & grotto. Jacuzzi can be heated @ $20 day for 3 hr max, pool can be heated to 81 at $20 a day x days stay. Jacuzzi and Pool is not fenced, if your small children can't swim this may not be the vacation home for you. Big driveway to park your car. The car to the right is owner's car. You can see the rockets in the air when they launch from in the pool. It's a spectacular sight. At night you can hear the trains off in the distance. In the mornings you can hear the sound of many different birds throughout the neighborhood. White Ibis's visit the front yard frequently. In the front yard is a tire swing for your pleasure. There is a squirrel who lives in tree, his name is Charlie, and he loves peanuts, chips and crackers. Just 1 or 2 though we don't want to overfeed and spoil him. There are 3 cameras on the property and 1 video doorbell that monitor 24/7. There is 1 on the front eaves, 1 in the pool area and 1 on the pool equipment. These are for both of our protections. Guest access You will have full access to the living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, both bathrooms, laundry room and backyard. There is a locked room off of the laundry room that is the owner's storage, please keep out as there is tools and supplies in there and it is not safe. Please keep out of the pool equipment area and off of the top of the waterfall to avoid damaging any of the pool equipment. However you can use the pool net to skim the pool of debri if you so desire, as our pool man only comes every Thursday. (Beautiful pool w/waterfall & grotto. Jacuzzi heated $20 a day x # of days stay 3 hr max a day.) Other things to note Grocery store, Pharmacy, Gas station and Indian River 2 blocks away. You will be accessing the home through the august app. Port St John boat launch is .50 miles away. Indian River fishing is nearby. The city bus is nearby. Kennedy Space Ctr is 15 min away. Kitchen has all amenities. Ninja blender, instapot w/airfryer lid, kuerig & coffee maker, kid friendly plates & cups, all cooking utensils for stove top and bbq, all pots & pans, cookie sheets, strainers. Disneyworld is 45 min away. Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral is 20 min away. We strongly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at time of booking. No EV charging allowed. Pool man comes every Thursday except for holidays. No rescheduling of Pool service or gardener or a $50 reschedule fee applies.
