After relaxing on the secluded 11 acres or picking pecans in the orchard you can take the short 5 minute drive into the fun town of Stephenville for dinner. Come back to the peaceful cabin and enjoy the pool, hot tub, cabana or fire pit while gazing at the stars. Family friendly open spaces to enjoy for a few days in the country. The space When renting you will have the house, pool and cabana to yourself. There are eleven acres that you can wander through, approximately five that are a pecan orchard. Our family continues to make memories in this home and we are thrilled to offer it that your family also will make new memories! When renting you will have the house, pool and cabana to your self. After enjoying dinner in town, a mere 5 minutes away, come back to 11 acres and relax by the pool, pick pecans, or enjoy the fire pit. LIABILITY. The Landlord is not liable for any loss or damage to the personal property of the Guest or their guests, unless the loss is a direct result of the Landlord's action. The Guest is liable for the acts of anyone listed in this Agreement in addition to any guest that they should allow on the Premises. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and the Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired. Furthermore, Tenant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Landlord from any and all activities they may choose to engage in while in possession of the property. Your acceptance of this booking and or payment of deposit is an acknowledgment of your understanding and agreement to the terms of liability within this contract. Guest access The house has 5 rooms/3 bath. You will have the house when booking. Treat it as your own- respectfully. Other things to note Check with us before interacting with the animals. The pool will be covered and unavailable during the winter months. We have an excessive amount of trees that make keeping the leaves out of the pool impossible. We do have an out door fire pit available. We ask that you check with us or local officials to confirm any burn bans. We do have horses and cats on the property that require attending at various times of the day.
