The space This wonderful house has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. I go a little overkill on clean - everything in the house is washed/cleaned after each guest - mattress pads, blankets, quilts everything! All the mattresses and pillows are covered with protectors of the highest quality. Sheets and towels are all high-end Lands End products, sterilized after each stay. Pillows are replaced with brand new pillows on a regular basis. I have a professional cleaning company come between every guest and clean the whole house. Paper products are provided - toilet paper and paper towels, plus extra in the linen closet. Hand, dish and laundry soap are also provided! There are two wonderful outdoor spaces for your enjoyment. The private front yard has a bench and side table. And the back area there are comfy outdoor chairs an outdoor dining table. An excellent spot for morning coffee. Kitchen - Fully stocked kitchen with retro fridge, dishwasher, Kuereg (duel maker pods or full pot - pods provided), toaster, microwave and gas stove/oven. All pots and pans, utensils, wine glasses, plates, cups, mugs and cooking essentials are provided. TV - There is one large TV in the living room with basic Direct TV. FREE WIFI - Password in the welcome book. Games and books - Enjoy the games - take a book/leave a book. Beach items - toys, chairs, towels and umbrella are available. Family items - pack and play provided. Beach towels are available - and I have a cooler you are welcome to borrow for beach picnics or road trip to Big Sur! We are the perfect “base camp” for all the wonderful things central California has to offer - Big Sur, Monterey, Santa Cruz, Carmel by the Sea, and Pebble Beach. Guest access This AirBnB unit is part of a duplex. Both sides of the duplex are AirBnB rentals. Each unit has complete privacy and is completely self contained. Each unit has it's own parking area. This unit (1137) has the whole back area for parking. There is a shared laundry room on site with brand new full size washer and dryer. Soap, etc. is provided. Each unit has an outside table and chairs for dining out on the back patio. Each unit has it's own dedicated fenced front yard.
