- Rooms are furnished private single bedroom. - Steps to TTC bus routes + 24 hours bus service (Blue night service) - Safe, Quiet, Clean Bedroom. - Parks, Grocery, restaurants are all within walking distance. - Room is Suitable for 1 person only (Website hidden by Airbnb) - there is no guaranteed as to which room will be provided as the room is first come first served basis. The space Private suite in our Gorgeous Executive House centrally located on a quiet, beautiful tree-lined street. Our house is warm and peaceful with great atmosphere. Smart house with Google mini, smart termostart, dimer light etc. We are providing space for our upstairs area and weekly access to the laundry in the basement. This Private suite is very clean and there are wifi that you will have access to. 2. We offer wireless internet for a small fee. We can provide complimentary tea / coffee to you at any time. And you are more than welcome to store basic dry foods in our 'airbnb' drawer in the kitchen or in the fridge. We provide towels, linen and basic toiletries. There are no pets or smoking in the house. The house is located at Lawrence Avenue and Victoria Park Avenue on a quiet and very safe neighborhood to walk (day & night) and it is: - Perfect alternative to living in a hotel when in town for business. - Walking distance to TTC (Public transit-Frequent service) available. - For Security, we have surveillance cameras installed outside the house. We enjoy welcoming people of all cultures in our home and sharing stories. Other things to note Extra costs includes: 1) Internet Fee is $ 25 per guest 2) Laundry is available at $ 5 / cycle load. (1 laundry load a week is free of charge) 3) Parking is $ 5 per day in our driveway. Note: Payment in advance is required upon arrival.
