Other things to note - 1 kayak, 1 paddle board and 2 fishing poles provided for your outdoor adventures - Firewood is available for the firepit. Please use it responsibly and keep fires to a minimum. Do not leave fires unattended, especially during high winds or dry conditions Your comfort is our priority, so we ensure: - Fresh sheets on all beds upon your arrival - Bath towels are provided for your convenience In order to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment: - We kindly ask that there are no parties, gatherings, or events held on the property. Only registered guests are permitted - Any unregistered guests must be approved by us in advance - The maximum total capacity is 4 guests, including adults and children - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly - Please report any breakages or damages promptly so that we can arrange for repairs For the comfort of all our guests: - Our home is pet-free, with NO exceptions - To preserve the countertops, please use the provided cutting board for chopping - Avoid leaving out any food that may attract unwanted pests - Please do not rearrange the furniture; leave it as you found it - Engaging in any illegal activities is strictly prohibited - We kindly request that you remove your shoes while inside the house - Littering is not allowed Lastly, we appreciate your consideration for our neighbors and the peaceful lake environment: - Be mindful of noise, as it carries easily on the water, especially while on the boat dock. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. NOTE: We have an exterior ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door and driveway for security purposes. Tampering with or attempting to disable this camera is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction without a refund.
