Charming 34 m2 studio 10 km from La Rochelle

We offer you a stay in a recent studio (2022) fully equipped 34 m² for 2 or even 4, in Esnandes (coastal village 10 km from La Rochelle and 14 km from the Île de Ré Bridge). Quiet, in the countryside and 3 km from the Atlantic Coast (Aiguillon Bay) in a village with all shops. Access via a common driveway but completely independent of our house. Parking next to the accommodation on the property and small garden for meals and rest. The space This is a 34 m2 studio, the sleeping area is in the same space as the living room area. Maximum 4 guests, including children and/or babies Guest access I will be present to welcome guests most of the time, however in case of absence or if you arrive late, a secure key box is installed under the porch. The code will be sent to you if necessary and you can check in freely. Other things to note Garden of almost 100 m² where the plantations are starting to grow! You can relax there or eat there quietly. It is on the site of an old farm, so the environment is rural and very quiet.
