The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with a brand-new 30’ x 14’ pool, a relaxing hot tub, and The Pergola Lounge, a newly added outdoor space featuring a cozy fire pit and a ping pong table, perfect for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to observe horses in their natural surroundings, adding a touch of tranquility to your stay. This bright, luxurious villa is perfectly located near some of Puerto Rico’s most exciting attractions. Just five minutes away, you’ll find the stunning Luquillo Monserrate Beach, one of the Caribbean’s best-known beaches, where you can even rent jet skis when conditions are right. Less than ten minutes from the villa, explore the lush beauty of El Yunque National Rainforest. Also nearby is the Carabali Rainforest Adventure Park, where you can enjoy horseback riding (either on the beach or through the rainforest), go-karting, ATVs, UTVs, and indulge in delicious meals at the on-site restaurant and bar—all just a two-minute walk away. Horses require daily feeding, twice a day, therefore you may see personnel in the stable area. -No pets allowed. -It is recommended to rent a car. With 64 new Solar Panels, 3 Tesla Powerwall batteries, a 30 KW Diesel power generator (200 gallons) and water tanks/cisterns ( 1600 gallons ) included with the house, your group can have peace of mind knowing they'll be comfortable at all times. Other things to note Before you settle in, I would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our vacation home. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible.  Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your security deposit.  -No smoking, $500 penalty -No parties or events, $1,000 penalty -No animals whatsoever allowed. -No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. -Keep the entrance gate closed at all times. -No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No climbing on the third-floor roof. -Do not hang towels or clothes on any balcony railings. -No eating or drinking in bedrooms and pool. Please enjoy your meal in the dining areas. -Dispose garbage in the trash bin. Please always use bags. -Please make sure switch above dishwasher is switched on before cycle. -Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when not in use and most importantly, when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.  -Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests or they will be reported to Airbnb. -Please wash the dishes and put the garbage in the bin outside before checkout. Washer and dryer is available for stays longer than 4 nights only. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we will be installing external security camaras located on the roof of the property directed toward the driveways. The property is rural and surrounded by beautiful trees so on occasion and despite out best efforts, a stray bug, spider or other nature- loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door is left open.
