"Le Courredou" Gîte – Portel des Corbières

Village house completely restored in 2021, located in a pretty village at the entrance of the Corbières, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature (hikes in the garrigue or around the ponds, marked trails, visit to the Cathar castles...) The space Listing: 70 m2 house composed, on the ground floor, of a 30 m² living room, living room with flat screen TV and a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster...). These 2 bedrooms have a built-in closet (shelves + wardrobe) and are air-conditioned. On this same level, a separate toilet and a bathroom with vanity, shower and washing machine. A third mezzanine bedroom, open to the first bedroom, with a double bed and dresser, accessed by a miller's ladder. Closet with cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, mop with bucket, clothes rack and clips, ironing board with iron. Listing equipped with fibre optics. Exterior of 33m² with a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people and a gas barbecue. As well as a square of lawn with 2 sunbeds. The rental of the accommodation includes the essentials for a stress-free arrival, the time to go shopping (toilet paper, paper towels, shower gel, shampoo, coffee pod, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, dishwasher pods, doses for the washing machine). However, it does not include linens and towels. You can, however, claim it for €10/bed and €5/set of towels per person. For guests with babies: we put everything you need at your disposal (high chair, changing table, adapted cutlery, umbrella bed with mattress, bathtub). Location: 15 minutes from the beaches of Port la Nouvelle, and 10 minutes from Port mahon, where you can practice water sports (kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding...), - 6min from the African Reserve, you will observe more than 3800 animals on more than 300 hectares, - 20 minutes from Narbonne, you can visit the Narbovia Museum, the Saint Just Cathedral, the Archbishops' Palace and the Place de l 'Hôtel de Ville, as well as stroll through the pedestrian streets, - 20 minutes from the Auberge de Fontjoncouse, recently voted the best restaurant in the world by Tripadvisor, for the most gourmet, - 10min from Les Salins de Peyriac, with beautiful hiking trails - on site very nice walks and bike rides in the scrubland with beautiful views, - All amenities in the village: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, post office, wine cellar and its Terra Vinéa site, and very good restaurants.
