Appleloft Suite in 17th century Farmhouse
Dating back to the 1650s, the dog friendly Appleloft suite is a first floor suite awash with period features with oak beams and massively thick cob walls. There's one huge bedroom with a super king bed, a separate lounge with sofa bed, kitchen with Aga cooker, views over the gardens and bathroom with double width shower. The suite also has it's own garden space (not enclosed) with Kadai BBQ / firepit, picnic bench and sun loungers. The space The Appleloft suite is country chic. The house is ancient, dating back to the 17th century with thick cob walls and vaulted beamed ceilings. It has a huge bedroom with a king size bed and can be fitted with extra beds as needed. With it's own entrance, bathroom, fitted kitchen with Aga cooker the Appleloft suite is a real holiday gem. The suite also has it's own garden space (not enclosed) with Kadai BBQ / firepit, picnic bench and sun loungers. We accept up to 2 small dogs up to the size of a small Labrador in this accommodation. We have 7 acres of woods, fields & streams on site or you can explore the 200 acres of National Trust and Foresty Commission woodland and park land right next door. Guest access Guests have access to almost all the grounds and meadows except fields and pens where livestock are housed. We have meadows, woods, streams and are right next door to National Trust Dunsland & the Forestry Commission with an extra 250 acres to explore. Other things to note We accept up to 2 small dogs up to the size of a small Labrador in this accommodation.
