The building houses three apartments furnished with typical Venetian elegance. The space The PRESTIGE LAGUNA apartment is on the first floor of the building. With its approximately 70 sqm, it is the ideal apartment to experience your stay in Venice in elegance and total comfort. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, all with original exposed beams. The entrance to the property is independent. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning and underfloor heating, equipped kitchen, washing machine, safe, towels and courtesy kit. Guest access The strategic location bordering the Giardino della Marinaressa, which houses works of art from the Biennale, and the proximity to the Giardini and Arsenale boat dock, allows our guests to experience a complete vacation amidst art, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars and the sea. You can reach Piazza San Marco with a short walk while enjoying the view of the Venetian lagoon, visit the various art exhibitions at the Venice Biennale or relax at the Venetian Lido with just two vaporetto stops. During your stay, you can also visit the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, which are a short distance from the property. Other things to note We will welcome our guests to the property. Before arrival, our Guest will always be provided with a code to enter the property and room independently using the numeric keypad. SUPPLEMENT: The tourist tax is an additional cost requested by the Municipality of Venice of 4 euros per person per day to be paid at the time of check-in.
