Studio loft attached to main house overlooking small city park. 160 sq. foot 1st floor plus 140 sq ft loft bedroom climbed via ladder. Full bath with washer/dryer, separated from living area by sliding door for privacy. Fully furnished (linens/towels, etc). Unit is ready by 3pm, or earlier if prior guests left early (drop off bags early). Late arrivals fine. Check-out 12pm. 2 guest limit. Inside your unit, on the main floor is a living room and small kitchen, with adjoining full bathroom (which has sliding door for privacy). Above is a loft with a Queen bed. Through your windows you will see lots of trees, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, and endless squirrels. Unit is decorated with art from our many travels, including India, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, etc. We supply bedding/towels, pots, pans, plates, etc. Two caveats: First, if you don't feel comfortable climbing a 10-step ladder to your bed above, this is not the spot for you. Second, while the first floor ceiling height is roughly 8 feet, the upstairs loft ceiling is shaped like an "A-frame" roof, with the center being around 6 feet, sloping lower as you crawl into bed. Taller folks may have to duck in spots up there, but it's not a problem for most tall folks. Two guests only - sorry, no extra guests. TV in unit has antenna for local channels and Roku. No cable channels. Guest access You enter from the outside using a door shared with us. The hallway you enter is also shared with us, and has applicances on a rack that we share with you. Your unit has its own private door and once inside, the space is all yours, including the bathroom which has a door separating it from the living area.
