Main Floor: Kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining room, laundry Upstairs : 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the primary bedroom has a king bed with a full bath with a soaking tub. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom. Sprawling backyard with picnic table and patio chairs. Farm Stand: Emery Farm Cafe, where you can enjoy a cappuccino, sandwiches, baked goods/apple cider donuts, beer/wine, eggs/milk, a petting barn, oysters, live music, fresh local produce, and goods. The Land: 130 private acres to make friends with our goats, sheep, rabbits, and chickens; this is the place to connect with nature and enjoy all that New England truly has to offer. And much more! 5-minute walk to the stunning tidal river for a swim at Wagon Hill Farm next door. 10 min drive to Portsmouth. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and the surrounding yard. You can also walk one minute to a farmstand, which is stocked with everything you might need, including cappuccino in the morning, fresh produce in season, beer wine, apple cider donuts, ice cream, and more! Wait, there is more; you can also go on hiking and mountain biking trails in the 600+ acres that are part of the farm and protected conservation easement land behind the farm.
