If you’re looking for a quintessential New England farm stay experience that offers a quiet peaceful stay, this is the place! • 3 bd | 3 bath | sleeps 6 • Private, quiet, picturesque • Located on a working farm • 2 min walk to Emery Farm Market & Café • 10 min to Portsmouth • Surrounded by nature • EV charger The space This carefully restored farmhouse sits on 130 acres of peaceful, scenic land - part of Emery Farm, the oldest continuously family-run farm in the U.S. It’s a quiet retreat where you can slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the simple beauty of rural New England. Our family has lived and worked here for ten generations, and we hope it feels as meaningful to you as it does to us. Recently renovated farm home with high-end finishes and decor. Main Floor: Kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining room, laundry Upstairs : 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the primary bedroom has a king bed with a full bath with a soaking tub. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom. Sprawling backyard with picnic table and patio chairs. What You’ll Find Here: Step outside and you’ll look down onto the lovely blueberry bushes, fields and greenhouses of Emery Farm. Our farmstand, just a couple minute walk away, features fresh produce, local beer and wine, cappuccinos, cider donuts, and ice cream. Don’t forget to visit the goats, sheep, rabbits, and chickens - fun for all ages! Also, easy access to Wagon Hill Farm Park is right across the road - perfect for walking, picnicking, and/or relaxing by the water (trail map following in binder). Local Attractions: If you're up for exploring beyond the farm, Portsmouth is only 10 minutes away with its great restaurants, shops, art, and coastal charm. Closer still is the college town of Durham, home to UNH and a few local gems worth checking out. Guest access You will have the whole home and surrounding area to yourselves. You may also have access to a post and beam barm for yoga, ping pong and more. Please make sure to not drive to the house via the Emery Farm entrance. The driveway to Brown House (#139) is West of the farm stand entrance. Other things to note Lots of seasonally fresh food, eggs, cheese, bread, beer, wine, morning coffee, etc available from the Emery Farm Market & Café, to either eat there or to make meals at the house!
