This stylish apartment boasts a wide terrace with a plunge pool offering amazing views over the old town rooftops. This Tastefully planned terrace is fitted to be used all day long and is ideal for al fresco dining. All the rooms are furnished with great care and are well equipped with heating and air conditioning (in each room), wi-fi, 5 TVs, satellite receiver, washing machine, dryer, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave and a small cellar. The second floor, which can be reached by lift, includes a large living room, a guest bathroom, two bedrooms with en-suite showers and a master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite tub. On the upper floor are found a well-equipped kitchen and the fourth bedroom with en-suite shower. Sibilla is the perfect starting point from which you can explore Syracuse, Ragusa-Ibla, Modica and Scicli. Furthermore, only a short drive from the property are also Noto Marina, Calamosche, Vendicari, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero with their beautiful sandy beaches. Other things to note Minimum stay 4 nights. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival). A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
