KC Permit #: NSD-STR-00752 The space As you pass the front porch seating, you will enter into the home and you will enter an open floor plan with the living room open to the dine-in kitchen. You will be awed by the cathedral vault ceiling covered in shiplap. You will also be greeted by the black and gold spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs. But more on that in a minute. First, the kitchen is outfitted with everything you need for your stay. Some appliances include: electric stove, garbage disposal, microwave, range hood and dishwasher. You can also wake up every morning to a warm K-cup coffee. Some of our favorite kitchen features are the commercial faucet, stainless steel back splash, floating shelves and the IKEA dishes. As you walk thru the kitchen, the Master suite is just through the door. Here you will find a King bed w/luxury 100% cotton linens and a full bathroom en-suite. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and 48" vanity. As you back track to the front of the home, you will find bedroom #2 and the second full bathroom. This room has a Queen bed w/cotton linens and towels. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Finally, as you make your way up the spiral stairs, you will find the Loft Bedroom #3 & #4 (open room), with a shared bathroom #3. The Loft bedrooms also have a Queen bed, one Full bed and the bathroom has a slipper bath. So the house has four beds as follows: 1 king 2 queens 1 full Guest access You will have access to the entire home. The washer and dryer are behind the front door, in the front entry way. Other things to note If you drive a small or medium size car, you may park in the back yard. There is access to a gravel drive off the alley. Just drive south on jefferson, make a right at the corner and then another right onto the alley. If you have a large vehicle or truck, then you will need to park on the street.
