It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers and sleeps a total of 9 people in beds across 6 beds (3 queens, 3 twins +1 king). This booking is for our Creosote House with private solid granite rock tub outside fed by our mineral rich hot springs water. Explore the park during the day and soak under the stars at night! Wonder Valley Hot Springs is a 50 acre property with multiple homes, each with their own private soaking tub filled with our mineral rich hot springs water. You may see an occasional and/or other guests walking around on the land but your house will be completely private and fenced in. Perfect for pets. Please see our pet policy. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans & utensils for cooking and serving (no microwave, toaster, blender or spices). We recommend bringing groceries to cook with with. We have the best wifi available in the area. We do have reliable cell service on most carriers. We do not have any TVs or cable or microwave. Please enter the accurate number of guests when booking for accurate pricing. The pricing varies by the number of guests. We do this as a means of discounting for smaller groups. We lock/unlock a set amount rooms depending on # of guests in attendance. All linens and decor are eco-friendly whenever possible and all decor is vegan and cruelty-free, we use no animal products on the property. All of our linens are organic or microfiber, and they get stained easily and bleach destroys them. What we do to be environmentally conscious is we wash them and then tie dye with natural indigo dye. So celebrate the imperfections. Entrance is located on a dirt road about 1/2 mile from paved road. We are pet friendly but do require an additional $40 fee per pet, per night and pets must be disclosed in request to book message. Pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture. Please bring a dog bed or blanket. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended except in a crate. As we are a property where guests come for peace and quiet, we ask that you not bring dogs that will bark. Because we are entirely off the water grid and all of our water comes from the hot springs. When it’s cold out, it may take up 10 minutes for the shower to heat up. The extra water is used for irrigation and contributing to the oasis. The rock tub is tuned in and gets hot pretty fast year round. Other things to note By renting this house you are agreeing to, recognizing and fully understanding certain things, including, but not limited to: - We have a strict no smoking indoor on the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 penalty. Please do not smoke anything indoors. - We have strict check-in and check-out times. Any exceptions require written permission. We have a 15 minute grace period at our 11am checkout. Beyond that we reserve the right to charge up to $100 per hour. We generally have other guests coming in, we have a cleaning crew scheduled and we do our best to be in service. • We have a other houses, pools and tubs on the property and are not included in this rental. You have full and exclusive to the private hot springs tub that is adjacent to your house. • The large pool and some of the other rock pools are rentable by the hour. Please inquire with your host.
