We are only about a 2 hour drive east of Toronto, a 10 minute drive to Sandbank Beach, in close proximity to 32 wineries and breweries, fishing and steps away from relaxing and free amenities. Included are, a family pool, an adult pool, kids playground, walking trails, boat house, water crafts, fire pits, fitness facility, lakeside patio, open air pavilion, basketball and tennis courts, and a putting green. Guest access You have access to the entire house, all amenities free of charge, free parking for 2 vehicles, and access to the private beach. The cottage is equipped with free unlimited WiFi with a Smart TV that has features including Roku, Netflix, YouTube etc. There is also a dvd player and HD tv cable, all free and included with your stay! Other things to note Please note, the "Guest services fee", is the fee charged by Air bnb and we have no control over it. An additional fee of $49 per person per day will be applied for each person in excess of 5 people. A $500.00 CAD refundable damage deposit will be required at check in. Maximum cottage occupancy is 6 people (including children). While this cottages is furnished with a sofa bed which allows for a maximum occupancy of 6 people, any occupancy above 4 should be limited to a single-family. The cottage should be left in a reasonably clean condition and any garbage removed upon departure. Additional fees may apply if the cottage has been left in an abnormally dirty condition. No operating the bbq on the veranda, as it is considered a fire hazard. There is no propane or natural gas used to operate this cottage. Check in is between 3:00 pm - 7pm. No earlier as time is required for cleaning between guests. Please advise if arriving after 7pm, and arrangements will be made accordingly. Please do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper! We appreciate your help to ensure nothing else is flushed. Clogging the septic system is a serious issue, and if found liable, repairs will be deducted from the damage deposit. Please note, all pools close mid October.
