Auer House (pronounced “our”) is a spacious, modern downtown home steps from walkable restaurants and parks. We are conveniently located near the Blue Wahoos Stadium, Pensacola Civic Center, Supposey's, and all the festivals. Plus, Fido is welcome! Catch a glimpse from the front porch as the Blue Angels practice on base! Unwind in this super clean retreat featuring fast WiFi, or sit by the fire pit, disconnect and reconnect! Don't pay beach prices - we're only 20 minutes away😉. The space Once you open the door, peace awaits! The open floorplan in a neutral palette offers a dining and seating area, kitchen complete with granite countertops and everything you need, countertop seating and Samsung appliances. We provide a coffee maker and enough coffee to get you going! The front bedroom includes a queen bed and closet and features blue hues. The second bedroom has dark brown rich tones, queen bed and closet. And the primary bedroom has beautiful wallpaper, king bed and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and overhead lighting controlled by a remote as well as a Samsung TV. Just remember your streaming service login! The workspace is hardwired and has a monitor, mouse and charger for your use. And the shared space with the living area features a large, comfortable sectional with seating for six and 58" Samsung smart TV! Each bathroom has ample towels for everyone and a built-in dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also have a LG washer and Speed Queen dryer for your use. The back patio in the fenced-in backyard offers seating, cornhole and fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The Blues have posted their practice schedule, and you can catch a glimpse of them from the front porch! We have ample free parking, in the driveway and on the street. Beach towels will be provided upon request. Please give me two-day’s notice. When we travel, we stay at Airbnb's. We've taken those experiences, good and bad, and created the best, most comfortable place, just for you! Finally, Airbnb may recommend that you bring a carbon monoxide monitor as we do not provide one. However, we do not have any gas appliances or heat that would necessitate the need for one. So rest easy! Guest access You have access to everything!! Other things to note Auer House is in the top 5% 🏆properties because we value cleanliness, accuracy, and our guests! And we do not ask you to do anything more than take the trash out and start the dishwasher when you check out. We want you to enjoy every aspect of your stay, even the departure! If you're bringing you pup, please make sure you've paid the $65 fee (not per night;), and that they're up-to-date on their shots and flea treatment! Florida is a beautiful state, but we have yucky critters like most of the world. We have a pest company contract that treats quarterly with safe-for-everyone products including our pets. Even so, sometimes they sneak in. Fear not! If you come across one, dispose of as you see fit! Finally, my dad was a veteran. Please ask about our military discount! It's the least we can do!
