Take in breathtaking views across the estuary to Instow, and relax in this calm oasis. The house sits high on a look-out, up some 15 steps and is only a 6 minute walk to the Quay, at heart of the village. The cottage is newly renovated with luxury finishes throughout, and has large, sun drenched front & back gardens, teaming with bees & wild grasses. The space 4 people +2 children/extra. One king and one double bedroom, + 2 occasional beds. The occasional beds are singles. One is in the pink bedroom and the other is in the living room. Guest access The whole property is yours to enjoy, including the front and back gardens. There are steps leading up to the property from the road, and again 8 steps at the entrance to the house. If you would prefer to avoid steps it is possible to access the house from the end of the road (top) through the back door, with only 2 steps, once you have the keys. In general though this is a location for those not deterred by slopes and steps!
