The Salty Duplex (Left Side)

The Salty Duplex is centrally located just off of 101 and is close to everything! We are uptown in Reedsport and only 4 minutes to Winchester Bay and within an hour, both directions, to many sightseeing adventures. The space The two spacious bedrooms and full bath are all upstairs. There is a fully stocked kitchen, half bath, large living room, and dining area all on the main floor. We have a covered patio with a sitting area, fire pit, and gas BBQ. There is also a fenced in yard for your furry family members. The garage is yours to use. The washer/dryer are in this space. The freezers are for personal use and will be locked. Other things to note There is a small fridge in the garage that can be used for crab/fish/bait. PLEASE do not put any of these items or anything else stinky/sticky in the house fridge. This can cause more cleaning fees on your end. Crab cooking is encouraged, but PLEASE NO crab water in the lawn. It kills the grass in large patches. Dump this water in the rocks or the street.
