The space As you enter the down stairs you will walk into the living area with tv, wireless internet, closet & 2 fold down sofas. Down the hall way you have one bedroom to the left to sleep 1 person with additional space if needed. Walking to the end of the hall you enter the kitchen area with a small nook table for 2, refrigerator, electric stove, cabinet and keurig coffee maker with kpods available. Next to that is the bathroom with toilet, sink & shower. Also next to the kitchen another bedroom with a larger queen size bed that can sleep 2 or more if you desire. This room also has a back entrance with dead bolt and locking door handle from inside only. Guest access Typical NY parking for additional vehicles but you will have a reserved spot on the left side driveway specifically for you. Other things to note Please note the following important details for your stay: - Electricity Bill Coverage The host will cover up to $150 USD of the monthly electricity bill. If the total bill exceeds this amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.
