Top floor glimpse of the golf course and condo has elevator access. Walk over our private boardwalk to a wide ocean beach and our oceanfront bar and grill. Swim in 3 pools 1 which is inside. No pets allowed sorry resort rule. No smoking inside the unit. Private wireless for condo. Vinyl plank flooring in all living areas kitchen and both bedrooms. Queen bed in the main bedroom, and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk set. Living room with a 50-inch TV. Max. 4 adults up to 6 people total (mixture of adults and children) carefully read beds. Adults should not sleep on top bunk under any circumstances. Monthly rentals and discounts are available in the winter months. New memory foam mattress on queen bed. Vinyl plank floors in both bedrooms' kitchen, living and dining areas. Newly painted. Great mid-island location on the main bike path close to Whole Foods and Kroger with Starbucks. Monthly rentals from Oct to March every year. All amenities at the resort are available for guests at NO additional charge. Sorry No pets. 7-night min. in spring. Weekly only in Summer check only on Saturdays. Private storage cage under building 1 with beach toys, foldable chairs, and a beach wagon. Parking pass for 1 vehicle included. 2nd vehicle extra $10 Other things to note 4 night min through the rest of summer 2026. You can be as active as you want at our resort and in Hilton Head or as Lazy as you want on the beach. Free golf cart shuttle down our boardwalk to the beach during scheduled runs please check the schedule on signs by the boardwalk.
