Little Brother

Hello valued guests. The renovations are finally complete at Little Brother! The reviews of the past are ready to be replaced with a more pleasant experience! Now featuring a queen bed with 1 bunk bed. All new flooring and walls downstairs along with some new lighting,sofa and some paintings. Grill and patio furniture with umbrella as before as well as a fire pit. You're only 5 miles from AOAA and about 30 minutes to Knoebel's Amusement park. Enjoy your stay! The space Please be aware that Little Brother parking is down by the road. If necessary, you may pull up to the deck in main driveway to unload/load but please park in the space provided by the road.Also ,please note that Little Brother has a steep staircase. The bathroom is on the top floor and bedroom is downstairs. Both floors have air-conditioning and electric heat.If you walk your dog,please stay to the east of your neighbors at Barry House next door.The fire pit is straight north off the deck across main driveway. Guest access Plenty of parking for your big rigs. Just stay on your end of the property. There's plenty of room. Including a fire ring If you bring your dog,be sure to control it.. Other things to note 1. The cleaning fee is 40 dollars for stays of 2 nights or less. 50 for 3 or more. The pet fee is 20 dollars. 2. The reservation covers 2 people. There is a 15 dollars charge per night for a 3rd,and 4th person. 3. Cell service is spotty thru out the area. 4.If there are more than 2 in your group, you may find it necessary to stagger your showers in order for the hot water to refresh. 5.During winter, the parking spot is plowed but if your car is there,it will limit exactly what the plow can get. A shovel is available in case you need to do some shoveling
