The space Situated quietly in the corner of a modern and one-of-a-kind complex, this apartment by the beach, enjoys stunning views of the rolling sand dunes which take you away from the hustle and bustle of the town and into your own unique quiet beach side retreat. As its located on the corner, the building provides a great sound barrier from the noise on the beach and also, passers by are uncommon and ideal for relaxing on the terrace. The outdoor sheltered terrace is a lovely place to enjoy the morning sun. The private permit designated parking space and local amenities mean there will be no reason for you to drive anywhere. Park up and enjoy the beach, restaurants and bars located a stones throw away. The scandi beach inspired interior is furnished to a high standard with all the required amenities. Appliances include dishwasher, washer/dryer, wine cooler, fridge freezer, oven and induction hob. All the required cooking utensils are provided. Each room has its own zonal temperature control allowing you to tailor the internal environment to your needs. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, internal surfboard storage, one designated parking space, and external terrace. As the apartment is located on the ground floor there is direct access to the communal lawns overlooking Perranporth sand dunes. A beautiful spot to look out and enjoy the view. Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept early check-ins due to the cleaners availability.
