Built on a park with centuries-old trees with a great view of the Couchois vineyard, it is surrounded by its 100-hectare estate, without any nuisance or neighbors. The castle has remained authentic and original with very beautiful living rooms and dining room decorated in period style. Ideal for wine tourism and heritage tours. The space The Château de Montpatey can accommodate up to 6 people including children, with 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a large vestibule with a beautiful Burgundy stone staircase and 2 living rooms. The castle has kept all its authenticity and its "old French house" spirit, it is not renovated and therefore the bathrooms and kitchen are a little old. It is furnished and decorated largely with its original furniture and therefore has a real castle interior, which is rare in rentals... The reception rooms are very beautiful and richly decorated with woodwork and moldings. all the rooms are very bright with beautiful views. The site surrounded by its 100-hectare estate is truly exceptional and without any nuisance or neighborhood, a long private road leads to the castle from the village. The park has beautiful century-old trees (redwood, cedar, oak), ponds, a forest walk and an old walled vegetable garden with old greenhouses. The 12-meter pool is surrounded by lavender and has a very nice view of the landscape and vineyards. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, park and pool. The entire estate is reserved exclusively for you, only the caretaker's house is occupied by the gardener caretaker. There are no other rentals on the site. Other things to note The Domaine de Montpatey is more suitable for family stays, it is a family castle that has remained authentic. Parties are not allowed.
