The space The Château de Montpatey accommodates up to 7 people, including children, with 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a large vestibule with a beautiful Burgundy stone staircase, and 2 living rooms. The castle has retained all its authenticity and its "old French house" spirit. It is furnished and decorated largely with its original furniture and therefore has a real castle interior, which is rare in rentals... The reception rooms are very beautiful and richly decorated with woodwork and moldings. all the rooms are very bright with a beautiful view. The site surrounded by its 100 hectare estate is really exceptional and without any disturbance or neighborhood , a long private road leads to the castle from the village. The park has beautiful century-old trees ( sequoia, cedars, oaks ), ponds, a forest walk and an old walled vegetable garden with old greenhouses. The 12×6 meter pool is surrounded by lavender and has a very nice view of the landscape and the vineyards. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, park and pool. The entire estate is reserved exclusively for you, only the caretaker's house is occupied by the gardener caretaker. There are no other rentals on the site.
