The nearest beaches are an hour's drive away (Dune du Pyla, Arcachon, Biscarrosse…). For bike lovers, 5 minutes from the house is the Roger Lapébie bike path that connects Bordeaux to Sauveterre de Guyenne as well as the paths of Saint Jacques de Compostela. For board sports and water activities, the Lac des Terres Blanches is 5 minutes from the house on a 90-hectare site. The house has a 1200 m2 garden, two large terraces, one of which is covered with a large table. Plancha and barbecue will also be at your disposal. Large private parking lot with the option to park several vehicles. At your disposal, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms including a master suite with shower room and dressing room. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 have a 140*200 bed and the master suite has a 160*200 bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, closet, towel dryer... The master suite consists of a bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. The house is fully equipped, microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, household appliances, dryer, washing machine, American fridge, a second fridge in the cellar, plancha, barbecue, sunbathing…. House rules: no smoking except outside. Not suitable for pets. The cleaning fee is mandatory and must be paid to the owners upon arrival (€150).
