Rest assured, I work to keep it that way for each of our guests. **The Details** ON THE MAIN LEVEL: > Covered Front Porch. > Great Room. > The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator. stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dish ware and flatware. > The primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite with double sink. > There are 2 additional bedrooms on the main level, that share a bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a vaulted ceilings. Bedroom #3 has a queen lower and full upper bunkbeds. > From the kitchen you access a partially covered back deck, equipped with a Weber grill. ON THE LOWER LEVEL: > There is a TV room with sofa, single daybed, and single trundle bed. > There is a 4 person work/charging station in the lower level. It's a convenient place to charge your electronics or connect to the guest wifi and work on your laptop, or just use as extra seating. > The 4th bedroom is on the lower level and has a king size bed. > The 3rd bathroom with shower is on the lower level. > There is a large patio just outside the lower level walkout with table chairs. Televisions Make sure to bring your ROKU PIN code. There are two televisions with ROKU's set to Guest Mode. With your PIN code you can enjoy your own ROKU apps. NO camera faces into the home. ***LAKE CUMBERLAND TOURISM TAX*** There is a 3% per night fee for the Lake Cumberland Tourism Association. The fee is charged after you book. Airbnb is not charging the fee upon booking, and I am required by law to charge and remit the fee to the Lake Cumberland Tourism Commission.
