Magnificent Victorian-Modern House on the sand of Mandalay Beach

This 4000 square foot Victorian style home has 100 feet of beach front with views of the ocean from all three units. There is a wrap around deck fronting the beach with a patio that features a fire pit. The house is divided into three units but can only be rented together as one house. We have 6 bedrooms with 9 private and semi private sleeping areas that accommodates up to 14 people or 22 people at an extra charge. There is one full kitchen with granite counter tops upstairs and each unit downstairs has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker also with granite countertops. The house has five flat screen TVs most with DVD players and Netflix in each unit, five bathrooms (three with jetted tubs), two gas fireplaces, and two electric fireplaces. The A unit is a 1 bedroom that sleeps up to 4; the B unit is a 2 bedroom that sleeps up to 10; and the Penthouse(PH) unit is a 3 bedroom that sleeps up to 8. The one bedroom unit is on the first floor and has a magnificent view of the beach and ocean from the bedroom, kitchen, and dining areas. The partial kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. An L shaped queen sleeper couch surrounds the fireplace and large screen TV. The dining table is next to the kitchen island. A queen bed is in the bedroom. The two bedroom unit is also on the first floor and has a beach and ocean view from the master bedroom which has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed and twin trundle with a roll away twin in the closet. The den has a large screen TV, a queen sleeper bed, a dining / game table, a bar with 4 stools, and a partial kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. An oak spiral staircase leads upstairs to the penthouse suite which has panoramic views of the beach and ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, informal and formal dining areas, and a large living room with a large screen TV, gas fireplace, and multiple sitting areas. Across from the kitchen is a den with a queen sleeper bed, couch, and storage ottoman. Between the kitchen and living room, French doors open to the balcony which fronts the ocean and has a built in gas barbeque. The master bedroom suite features a spacious sitting area with a gas fireplace, TV, and a twin bed with trundle. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has a queen bed and a balcony. A roof deck offers a spectacular 360 degree view of the ocean and mountains.
