It is near the Little Elm beach for hanging out and playing volleyball, take a trip to the INDOOR WATER PARK (The Cove at Lake Front), book a fishing trip or stand up paddle tour. This is a great attraction for year round use. The house has the BEST SPOT TO WATCH JULY 4TH FIRE WORKS. The fire work show is right in front of you.
