The main living area is open and airy, a sliding glass door leads from the kitchen out to the second floor deck where the gas BBQ is located. The living room TV has cable. Going up the spiral staircase from the BBQ area you'll find the expansive rooftop deck with plenty of furniture to make you, your family, and your friends comfortable. It's the perfect space for everything from morning coffee, to afternoon BBQ, to wine or cocktails under the stars. Additional amenities include full size washer and dryer and 1 car garage.
