Butternut Loft is an adorable 2 bedroom cabin nestled just steps from the pristine and scenic lakefront. Enjoy the sunrise every morning as you plan your lake adventure. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Butternut Loft welcomes guests into a bright, open living room and kitchen, with a spacious loft open to the cathedral ceilings. Large, lake-facing windows bathe the property in warm light, blending the outside with the modern, Northwoods décor. Sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests make the location perfect for friends and family to vacation together. Butternut Lake offers over 1200 acres of water to explore and enjoy, and is known for excellent fishing! Surrounded by state natural areas and the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, glimpses of wildlife will entertain the entire family overhead and through the pine tree canopy. Two state ATV/UTV trails run through Forest County and offer an adventurous way to experience the Northwoods! Other things to note *We, sadly, are unable to provide towels. Please plan to bring your own! *We provide all bed linens, two backup rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, a small bottle of dish soap, one small bar of hand soap at each sink, and two (total) trash can liners per container. *Spices and condiments are not provided. *Firewood is not provided for your stay. Please plan on purchasing some in the area for your reservation. If there is any firewood left near your firepit you are welcome to use it! There are local vendors that sell bundles of firewood. *Please do not transport firewood from town to town to prevent any spread of invasive pests. *
