A great way to relax after a busy day of exploring PEI or game of golf (2mins away) Enjoy a beautiful morning or evening stroll down the confederation trail, just a step away. Our suites are equipped with all necessities and are centrally located, just a quick 20 minute drive to Charlottetown and 18 minute drive to Montague. 25 minutes from the Northumberland Ferry. The space Two open suites 425 sq. ft. each located above our garage, separate private entrance and parking. Picnic area, BBQ and fire pit for guests use. They are open concept bachelor suites. Queen size pull down murphy bed, with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Each suite has a sofa trundle bed, suitable for one adult or possibly two small children. There are 16 stairs to climb to get to your suite. The sweet kitchenette is equipped with the necessities. If your preferred dates are not available, we have another suite. Guest access Guests have a private key code entrance to the building as well as their rental suite. Guests will have the use of the side lawn, where the BBQ, picnic table and fire pit are located. These features are shared and for the use of guests in both suites. Confederation trail is a quick 1 minute walk away, as well as the Avondale Golf Course a short 1 minute drive. Other things to note We have two small sweet dogs that love people , they are always home to welcome you, please be careful when driving in. We do ask that you do not put the Murphy Bed up, the bed is extremely heavy.
