Need long term …message on social media: michele bouve hoffman The space The apt has a private bedroom with comfy queen sized bed and a walk thru additional bedroom with a double bed and also an additional double bed adjacent to living room separated by a divider. The baby blue leather couch in the living room is also long and comfortable if needed for sleeping. PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays we charge an additional $100 holiday fee -we do this rather than increasing our nightly prices ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/Thanksgiving/ New years/ 4th of July /Memorial Day ) This fee will be requested the week prior to guests arrival. It should be paid before check in and the request for it will be found in guests resolution tab/Airbnb email. Please note: Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee. Should you be bringing your furry friend with you there is an additional $65 pet cleaning fee. Guest access There is an Airbnb shared laundry room off the back of the house easily accessible for any guests who may need it.
