The space Located on the second floor of a traditional stone building, typical for the Old town, the apartment offers two bedrooms(one ensuit) both with queen size beds, two full bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. It also has two convenient work friendly spaces for all guests with work commitments during stay. From the living room window spreads a charming view over the Old town rooftops. Amenities include A/C (living room/kitchen area/one bedroom), free WiFi, flat screen TV, safety deposit box, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, well equipped kitchen with fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, . Apartment Nino 3 sleeps 4 guests. Other things to note Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
