L'Insoupçonnée on the port of Vannes

Very spacious (350 m2), discreet outside and generous inside, the house is ideal for gatherings with (large) families or friends. Each has a living space and large rooms to share friendly moments in the large living room or on the terrace of the pool area (120 m2). Everything is within walking distance: the port, the old town, the market, the cathedral and even the beaches if you follow the path that passes in front of the house and along the port towards the Gulf of Morbihan. The space You arrive through a large courtyard (100 m2) where you can park one or two cars. On the ground floor, the house consists of a large entrance that leads to: - a large living room - a dining room: up to 10/12 seats around the table - a large fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction stove, oven, dishwasher) where you can eat (up to 10 people/children) - a 2nd kitchen (rear kitchen) in which there is a large fridge + freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer. - a small room that serves as a linen closet where you can store things/suitcases and iron laundry The indoor terrace (120 m2) accommodates the pool (35 m2 pool) and a bar area (sink, coffee machine). The pool is heated from May to September. The pool is secured by a roller shutter. Guests staying with young children must close this shutter as soon as the pool is not in use. All bedrooms are on the 1st floor and four of them open onto the terrace and pool. Bedrooms on the main house side: - bedroom 1 (adults) overlooking the pool: double bed + ensuite bathroom (shower) - bedroom 2 (children): 2 single beds + ensuite bathroom (bath) -> the beds can be pushed together for an adult couple - bedroom no. 3 (children): 2 single beds + en-suite bathroom (shower) Bedrooms 1 and 2 overlook a large gallery with its play area (books, computer, large screen) and office space. Bedrooms in the annexes (which overlook the terrace and pool): - bedroom no. 4 (adults) overlooking the pool: double bed + ensuite bathroom (shower) - bedroom no. 5 (adults) overlooking the pool: double bed + ensuite bathroom (shower) - bedroom no. 6 (adults) overlooking the pool: double bed + ensuite bathroom (shower) -> from this bedroom no. 6, a staircase leads to bedroom no. 7 and another room under the roofs (skylight). A single bed is arranged in this room which has no door and opens directly onto the landing towards bedroom 6. - bedroom 7: 2 single beds A baby crib is available if needed as well as two high chairs for babies. Linens and towels are provided. The beds will be made when you arrive Also available: dish towels, basic condiments, spices, tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Other things to note The house is located on the port of Vannes in a unique area! You are 100 meters from the entrance to the city within the walls, close to a multitude of restaurants, shops (Casino 200 meters, Monoprix 600 meters), the Rabine promenade (1.5 km shaded) and the tourist office. Twice a week, the Vannes market (voted the most beautiful market in Brittany in 2022) welcomes you to the old town with its two halls and colorful stands. The path that passes in front of the house takes you along the harbor, then if you cross the bridge 500 m away, towards Conleau Beach and the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan.
