BEST LOCATION The condo brags of an awesome location and overlooks Jockey Ridge State pk and the Roanoke Sound. A secluded beach area which is great for the family. Perfect place to kitesurf, paddle board and windsurf due to its shallow body of water. Two pools w/o, lifeguards. Pickleball courts, swings, hiking and biking trails with pier and boat ramp. Close to the main beach and tourist attractions. Central to OBX community including Corolla, Duck, Kill Devils Hill, Manteo, Hatteras. The space The condo is 1250 sq feet. It has a separate kitchen with all amenities including washer and dryer. The living room and dining room is open concept which leads out to patio with seating and overlooking miles of sand dunes. Upstairs has a master bedroom with a balcony with sound and dune views and a smaller bedroom which has two twin beds, dresser. Upstairs bathroom is a full bathroom in beach style. Half a bathroom is downstairs. Newley renovated. Crib in master room. The twin beds can be pushed together for couples Guest access There is one reserved parking space in front of the condo. The second spot is first come first serve. There is special parking spaces for trailers and boats. Passes to be placed on vehicles which are located inside condo. Please leave them at check out for other guests. When coming up Villa Dunes drive go straight on the same road once passing the guard shack. The Mermaid Lounge is on the right near the very end. There is a mermaid outside. NOTE: We do have outside security cameras that record and have audio. Other things to note MERMAID LOUNGE PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THIS IS MY FAMILIES HOME AND THUS I HAVE REQUESTED THIS BE A NO SMOKING (INSIDE OR OUT) NO PET PLACE INCLUDING GUEST, VISITORS ETC. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PET OR SMOKE, PLEASE LOCATE A HOME THAT ALLOWS THIS. IF YOU SMOKE OR BRING YOUR PET YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROMPTLY VACATE THE CONDO WITHOUT A REFUND AND A POSSIBLE $500.00 EXTRA CLEANING FEE PLUS DAMAGES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING This is a no smoking, no pets home. No fire pits or grills allowed on patio. Association Rules are on the side of the fridge and must be followed. Host is not liable for any injury and when booking this condo, you are agreeing to file no lawsuits against the host or property. Any damage or missing items will be deducted utilizing your provided credit card. Please treat my home like your home. Keep doors and windows closed when heating or air is on otherwise vents will accumulate damaging condensation. No parties. Guest agrees to depart on days agreed to on the booking and no one can stay past that time without host confirmation. Outside security cameras to remain in position, but they are directed towards gate and pathway for security only. Please wash off sand and dry feet before entering. There is a bucket outside gate. This home is not child proofed and has areas that could be considered dangerous without parental supervision such as a balcony and stairs. . Dogs have been in this home. You may want to consider this if you have dog allergies. I don't supply towels for the kitchen, toilets or bathrooms. I don't have a hairdryer either and no cushions on outside furniture. Because I have to allow time for cleaning after check out. I can't offer early check ins times. I do have outside cameras out front and back that records and has audio.
