During the day you can take a walk along the stables and check out the award winning horses in the pastures, play games in the spacious front/back yard, and enjoy the outdoor hot tub where you can simultaneously soak and watch your favorite TV show on the outdoor TV! In the evenings you can grill outside in the screen in back porch and serve up a family dinner on the back deck. Then watch an INCREDIBLE sunset from the same deck and finish off the day with a game of pool in the upstairs game room. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home. 2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
